Pink pleated zip back dress with cute flower patches on both sides! So cute. Both sleeves have hem issues as pictured where the fabric is sewn into the seem of the rayon lining. The only other thing worth noting is the pink talon zipper works fine but has a little resistance. I don't see it sticking though it's just tight. Perhaps 24m as a dress depending on desired length but seems like it could also be worn as a top for an older girl.

4 inches of fabric on bottom hem to let down to extend the overall length
