Just friends swim shorts tagged size 2t but seems to fit 2/3 depending on desired fit. They're in good condition but has a flaw on the inside thst cannot be seen when on. The elastic of the leg opening of the liner is coming apart and breaking apart and the nylon has a few runs as pictured.
Measurements are taken fully relaxed but can be cinched to size
8 inches waist to saddle
9.5 inches across the waist un-stretched
